Our vineyards

Over the years, large investments in land, machinery and employees have been made not only to enlarge the company, but also to refine the techniques of growing grapes and producing wine. The beauty of the vine is that it is one of the most resistant and adaptable climbing plants of the plant universe and one of the most cultivated plants in our country.

Our cellar

It all began in the cellar under house, where Umberto Giarola jealously guarded a small production of wine, in some barriques and in bulk wine cisterns. The first customers are mainly private, but because of the proximity to the lake, also the first foreigners, who will bring Giarola to foreign countries, come.
